Charles Howard took over CallAHead from his father in 1981. He met his wife, Kimberly in 1985 when she was 14 years old; they dated and she worked for him at CallAHead in 1989 and 1990 with only a handful of employees. They've been together since 2005 and married in 2008. Howard is the happy and proud father of five children.
